1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use govern the rules for accessing and using the website www.teslift.rs (hereinafter: the “Website”), the rights and obligations of Website users, as well as other matters relevant to the use of content and functionalities available through the Website.

By accessing the Website, browsing it, registering a user account or using any of its functionalities, the user confirms that they are familiar with these Terms of Use and accept them.
If the user does not accept these Terms of Use, they must cease using the Website.
2. Purpose and Intended Use of the Website
The Website is intended to present TESLIFT products and services, in particular material-handling and internal-transport equipment, including forklifts, pallet trucks, stackers, warehouse equipment, spare parts, service services and other related products and services.
Through the Website, users may be provided with:
- an overview of products and their features;
- an overview of information about services;
- registration and use of a user account;
- submission of inquiries;
- requests for offers;
- contact with the TESLIFT team;
- access to other functionalities made available by the Company.
The content of the Website is primarily informational, except where it is expressly stated that the use of a particular functionality produces a specific legal effect.
3. Information About Products and Services
TESLIFT endeavours to ensure that descriptions, photographs, technical data and other information about products and services published on the Website are accurate, complete and up to date.
However, due to changes in manufacturers’ specifications, supplier programmes, product availability or other circumstances, certain product features may differ from the data or photographs published on the Website.

4. Selection and Intended Use of Equipment
The selection of an appropriate forklift, pallet truck, stacker, spare part or other equipment depends on the specific conditions of use, including, among other things:
- the weight and type of load;
- the dimensions and type of pallet;
- the required lifting height;
- the type and condition of the surface;
- aisle width and available manoeuvring space;
- the slope of the working surface;
- the intensity and mode of operation;
- working-environment conditions.
The information available on the Website does not replace an assessment of the specific working conditions where such an assessment is necessary for the proper and safe selection of equipment.
The user is required to use the product exclusively in accordance with its intended purpose, declared technical characteristics, the manufacturer’s instructions, professional standards and regulations relating to occupational safety and health.
TESLIFT shall not be liable for the consequences of using a product contrary to its intended purpose, the manufacturer’s instructions or declared limitations, except in cases where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable regulations.
5. User Account
Creation of a user account may be required to use certain functionalities of the Website.
During registration, the user is required to enter accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username, password and other information that enables access to their account.
The user must not allow an unauthorised person to use their account.
